随着社会主义新农村建设如火如荼地展开,作为国民经济基础产业的供电企业,适时提出了实施“三新”农电发展战略,积极实施农村电网建设与改造、户户通电工程以及电气化县建设等,为新农村建设提供了安全可靠的电力支撑。然而农电管理的生产力与生产关系远不如主网、主业营销系统那样相适应,农电人、财、物的资源配置的不足与滞后等共性问题,影响了供电服务质量的进一步提升。
