本文报道自国产人参(Panax Ginseng C.A.Meyer)叶中分离出三种人参皂甙,分别称为Le、Lg_1和Lg_2。经各项理化常数、红外光谱~1H核磁共振谱、质谱及与标准品进行红外光谱、薄层层析和混溶对照测定,分别证明为人参皂甙—Re(Le)、人参皂甙—Rg_1(Lg_1)和人参皂甙—Rh_2(Lg_2)。人参皂甙—Rg_2(Lg_2)为首次自人参叶中分离鉴定
Three ginsenosides isolated from leaves of Panax Ginseng C.A. Meyer were reported in this paper as Le, Lg_1 and Lg_2, respectively. The physicochemical constants, infrared spectra ~1H NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and standard products were used for infrared spectroscopy, thin layer chromatography and miscible control assays, respectively, proved to be ginsenoside Re (Le), ginsenosides-Rg_1 (Lg_1 ) and ginsenosides - Rh_2 (Lg_2).
