近年以来，随着房价的不断攀升，国家住房与建设部发布购房风险相关信息，“小产权”房高调的出现在公众的视野中，有关农村宅基地使用权流转问题引发社会热议。本文从小产权房的法律角度对实际存在的小产权房进行分析研究，提出其合法化的必要性。
