从踝足矫形器(AFO)设计的生物力学原理和临床适配性要求出发,围绕AFO在改善脑瘫患儿关节活动范围、提升粗大运动功能、提高平衡能力和纠正异常步态等临床应用方面进行综述,认为作为辅助踝关节运动的下肢矫形器,AFO特别适用于脑瘫患儿后遗症造成的运动功能障碍,但应避免由于其适配不当造成的临床疗效差异甚至弃用,提出逐步实现AFO在研究设计、生产制作、辅具教育和康复团队协作四个层面的结合,促进康复辅具事业的健康可持续发展.
Based on the biomechanical principles and clinical adaptability of AFO design, this paper focuses on the clinical application of AFO in improving the range of motor activities, improving the motor function, improving the balance ability and correcting abnormal gait in children with cerebral palsy It is concluded that AFO is especially suitable for motor dysfunction caused by sequelae of children with cerebral palsy. However, AFO should be avoided and even abandoned due to improper fitting. Design, production, auxiliary education and rehabilitation team collaboration at four levels to promote the healthy and sustainable development of rehabilitation aids.
