Oshii kept his dull and deep aesthetic style fully displayed in the masterpiece “Ghost in the Shell”, in which the scene design is particularly memorable. This article analyzes the most prominent scene images of skyscrapers, advertising signboards and water, and expounds the creative features of Oshii’s moral symbolism.
