本文从多冲方法及多冲机的研制实际出发,阐明了多冲机的调试以及在调试过程中应注意之点,诸如:冲击能量、试样尺寸及 K 值的选取等。作者分析了多冲机的故障原因所在,并介绍了为避免故障,在设计、制造以及安装调试中注意事项。最后作者从多种机的冲击持性出发,分析了关键零部件的失效因素,提出了延长零部件寿命,减少失效的途径。文中图3幅、参考文献27种。
In this paper, the multi-red method and the actual development of multi-punching machine, clarified the debugging of multi-punching machine and the debugging process should pay attention to points, such as: impact energy, sample size and K value selection. The author analyzed the cause of the failure of the multi-machine, and introduced in order to avoid failure, in the design, manufacture and installation of debugging considerations. Finally, based on the impact holding ability of many kinds of machines, the author analyzed the failure factors of the key parts and put forward the ways to prolong the service life of parts and reduce the failure.
