目的:探讨低剂量螺旋CT应用于甲状腺疾病扫描中的可行性。方法:选取东莞市寮步医院收治的67例甲状腺肿大的病例,随机分成4组:对照组采用常规剂量管电流280 m A,17例,研1组采用管电流100 m A,22例,研2组采用管电流50 m A,24例,研3组采用管电流30 m A,4例,对比4组的图像质量。结果:对照组的图像质量最佳,研1组的图像质量优于研3组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);研2组与研1、3组图像质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组的ED值最高,研1组次之,研2组最低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:50 m A低剂量多排螺旋CT对甲状腺病变扫描是切实可行的。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of low-dose spiral CT in thyroid disease scanning. Methods Sixty-seven cases with goiter in Dongguan Liaobu Hospital were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group received conventional dose 280 m A, 17 cases, group 1 with tube current 100 m A, 22 cases, In group 2, the tube current of 50 m A was used in 24 cases. The tube current of 30 m A was studied in 3 groups, and the image quality of 4 groups was compared. Results: The image quality of the control group was the best, the image quality of the study group 1 was better than that of the study group 3, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01); there was no statistical difference in the image quality between the study group 2 and study groups 1 and 3 (P> 0.05). The control group had the highest ED value, the lowest in study group 1, the lowest in study group 2, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: 50 m A low-dose multislice spiral CT scan of thyroid lesions is feasible.
