为了满足客运专线建设的需要,我国研发了时速350km客运专线42号无砟轨道无缝道岔。除了常规的各项检算外,其他设计参数包括扣件阻力和翼轨末端间隔铁数量,也要根据客运专线的要求进行检算。建立了客运专线42号无砟轨道可动心轨无缝道岔有限元计算模型,对不同扣件阻力和不同翼轨末端间隔铁数量条件下的道岔的主要力学特性等进行计算分析与比较,对客运专线42号无砟轨道无缝道岔的设计参数的选择提出建议。
In order to meet the needs of the construction of passenger dedicated lines, China has developed a seamless turnout of No. 42 ballastless track at passenger dedicated line of 350km per hour. In addition to routine checks, other design parameters, including fastener resistance and the amount of iron at the ends of the wing rail, are also subject to the requirements of the passenger dedicated line. The finite element model of 42 # turnout movable rail seamless passenger turnout for Passenger Dedicated Line is set up.
