纽伦堡——英格尔施塔特新建线采用博格板式和 Rheda2000型无碴轨道。博格板式无碴轨道采用钢纤维混凝土预制轨道板,板下铺设水硬性混凝土支承层或混凝土底座,而在桥梁上、隧道内用混凝土底座。新建线的车站道岔区采用 Rheda2000型无碴轨道,其上部结构与有碴、无碴轨道的高速道岔相同。无碴轨道道岔与区间无碴轨道的过渡是在岔前及长岔枕后设置弹性过渡段,与区间有碴轨道的过渡是在过渡段设置两根辅助轨以增加轨道框架刚度。高速道岔区主要采用 VOSSLOH 弹性分开式扣件和 SKL12型弹条。无碴轨道结构均采用 VOSSLOH 300型扣件。德国的无碴轨道技术可供我国客运专线建设借鉴。
The Nuremberg-Ingolstadt new construction line uses the Bourg plate and Rheda 2000 ballastless track. Bourg slab track uses steel fiber reinforced concrete prefabricated track slab, hydraulic concrete laying under the support layer or concrete base, and in the bridge, the tunnel with concrete base. The new railway station turnout area adopts Rheda2000 ballastless track, and its superstructure is the same with that of ballastless and ballastless track. The transition between the ballastless track turnout and the ballastless track is that there is an elastic transition section before the turnout and after the long sleeper. The transition from ballast track to the section is to set two auxiliary rails in the transition section to increase the rigidity of the track frame. High-speed turnout area mainly VOSSLOH flexible split fastener and SKL12 type of elastic. Ballastless track structures are VOSSLOH 300-type fasteners. Ballastless track technology in Germany can be used as a reference for the construction of China’s passenger dedicated line.
