制造业是国民经济的主体,但《中国制造2025》指出,与世界先进水平相比,中国制造业大而不强,在自主创新能力上差距明显。全面提升制造业企业创新能力,需要正确识别影响激发企业创新的关键因素和行为模式。本文在考虑外部环境不确定性的同时,将企业创新行为的研究扩展至企业不确定性规避文化维度,考察企业不确定性规避态度以及外部环境不确定性对企业创新行为的影响。这是从企业创新行为的内生动机理解企业的创新行为,也是影响企业创新行为的一个重要嵌入点,为企业创新管理研究提供了新思路。
Manufacturing is the main body of the national economy, but “Made in China 2025” points out that compared with the world advanced level, China’s manufacturing industry is big but not strong, and the gap in independent innovation is obvious. To comprehensively enhance the innovation capability of manufacturing enterprises, we must correctly identify the key factors and behavioral models that affect the innovation of enterprises. While considering the uncertainty of the external environment, this paper extends the research on enterprise innovation behavior to the cultural dimensions of corporate uncertainty avoidance, and examines the influence of enterprise uncertainty avoidance and the uncertainty of external environment on enterprise innovation behavior. This is an endogenous motivation to understand business innovation behavior of enterprises, but also an important embedding point affecting the innovation behavior of enterprises, which provides a new idea for the research of enterprise innovation management.
