教研组是幼儿园开展保教研究,提高教师业务水平,实施教育改革,全面提高保教质量的重要组织形式。但是,很多教研组的上述功能未能得到充分实现,不少教研组工作无计划,教研活动质量不高,教研活动存在着随意性和盲目性。如何加强教研组的建设,改善教研组活动的质量呢?我们根据自己的工作体会,提出以下几点看法:一、健全教研组的管理网络目前,我市对教研组的管理已基本形成了由市教研室→区教研室→中心教研组(即区里建立的若干骨干教研组)的三级管理网络,以此带动各基层幼儿园教研组。
