“埋地钢质管道风险评估技术体系研究与工程示范”针对20世纪末困扰政府安全监察、企业安全生产的瓶颈性技术难题,在“十五”国家科技攻关计划和自然科学基金仪器专项的支持下,在10多家单位、70多名科技人员的共同努力下,历时9多年,建立了具有完全自主知识产权的埋地钢质管道风险评估和腐蚀防护检测技术的工程方法,开发了具有发明专利的管道探测设备,为从根本上扭转疲于堵漏抢险、无奈盲目更新的高成本、低成效的被动式管理局面,提供了急需技术和方法手段。该成果2009年获国家安监总局第四届安全生产科技成果一等奖,本文以该成果推荐书为基础,综述了项目背景、成果及其应用情况。
“Buried Steel Pipeline Risk Assessment Technology System Research and Engineering Demonstration ” In view of the bottleneck technical problems that plagued the government safety inspection and enterprise safety production in the late 20th century, in the “Fifteen-year” National Science and Technology Research Program and the Natural Science Fund Instruments Under the special support, with the joint efforts of more than 10 units and more than 70 scientific and technical personnel, it lasted more than 9 years and established an engineering method of risk assessment and corrosion protection detection technology for buried steel pipe with completely independent intellectual property rights. Patented pipeline detection equipment, in order to fundamentally reverse the tired plugging rescue, helpless blindly updated high-cost, low-efficiency passive management situation, providing the urgent technical and methodological tools. The achievements won the first prize of the fourth scientific and technological achievements in safety production in 2009 by the State Administration of Work Safety. Based on the recommendation, this paper reviews the background, achievements and applications of the project.
