K-Cl co-transporter (KCC) is an ancient membrane transporter protein that is characterized by cell swelling and plays an important role in maintaining cell volume and ionic homeostasis. There are two regulatory pathways and multiple regulators of KCC activity regulation. Among them, IGF-1 is the most important, its activation can enhance the activity of KCC expression. KCC plays an important role in the regulation of tumor cell volume and has been studied in several malignancies. Cervical cancer is a common malignant tumor that endangers the health of women in the world. At present, there are more studies on the pathological genetics of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes and related factors related to them. Now from the pathophysiology of KCC in cervical cancer research.
