目的评价四川省疾病预防控制中心2002-2011年对新进人员实施带教工作的效果。方法自2006年起,对新进人员开展为期2年的带教工作,研究对象为2002-2011年94名来自疾病控制、卫生、检验、综合管理等岗位的新进人员。以带教期满评价和发表论文、科研课题/项目、调查报告/专题总结、获得表彰等分别评定带教效果。结果带教期满,带教师资对研究生评价优于本科生;研究生中发表论文、参与课题/项目的比例,人均发表论文篇数、人均参与课题/项目数均高于本科生。不同岗位间完成调查报告/专题总结的比例不同(疾病控制较检验岗位相比完成调查报告/专题总结的比例高);不同岗位间完成调查报告/专题总结的人均篇数不同(疾病控制岗位人均完成调查报告/专题总结的篇数大于检验岗位)。结论研究生学历人员因有一定研究基础,总体评价和部分产出高于本科生,导师应针对不同学历层次开展分层次教学活动,同时,考虑各个岗位工作性质和职责,完善带教评价项目,改进带教评价工作。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Sichuan Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention on new teaching staff from 2002 to 2011. Methods Since 2006, a two-year teaching program has been conducted for new recruits. The research object is 94 newly recruited staff from positions such as disease control, hygiene, inspection and general management from 2002 to 2011. The results showed that the teaching staff had better evaluation than the undergraduates. Conclusions Postgraduate education staff should have a certain research foundation, overall evaluation and partial output higher than undergraduates. Tutors should conduct different levels of teaching activities at different levels of education.
