目的:研究五灵脂石油醚部分的化学成分。方法:乙醇热回流提取五灵脂药材,提取液浓缩后拌硅胶经硅胶柱色谱,依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇洗脱,回收溶剂得石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇部分。用气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)联用技术对石油醚部分化学成分进行分离鉴定,用面积归一化法确定各成分的相对含量。结果:共鉴定21个化合物,均为首次从五灵脂中分离鉴定出。结论:五灵脂石油醚部分的主要成分为正四十一烷醇(21.72%)、香紫苏醇(14.08%)、棕榈酸(9.11%)等,其中醇类化合物占总量的40%以上。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of petroleum ether part Methods: The ethanol extract was extracted by refluxing with ethanol. The extract was concentrated and the mixture was concentrated. The mixture was concentrated on a silica gel column and eluted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol. The solvent was recovered as petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol section. The chemical constituents of petroleum ether were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC / MS), and the relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. Results: A total of 21 compounds were identified, which were isolated and identified from Wulingzhi for the first time. CONCLUSION: The main constituents of the petroleum ether fractions of pentaphyllum oil are n-tetradecanol (21.72%), sclareol (14.08%) and palmitic acid (9.11%), of which alcohols account for 40% the above.
