采用大孔吸附树脂、聚酰胺柱、正相硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱以及制备高效液相色谱等分离纯化方法,从翠云草75%乙醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱方法鉴定其结构分别为:滨蓟黄苷(1)、印度荆芥苷(2)、芹菜素-6-C-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖-8-C-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、芹菜素-6-C-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-8-C-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(4)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、2,3-二氢穗花杉双黄酮(6)、4’-甲氧基穗花杉双黄酮(7)、2,3-二氢-4’-甲氧基穗花杉双黄酮(8),2,3,2″,3″-四氢-4’-甲氧基罗波斯塔双黄酮(9),化合物1~5为黄酮苷类化合物,并且均为首次从卷柏属植物中分离得到,化合物7为首次从翠云草中分离得到。
Nine compounds were isolated from 75% ethanol extract of Chuihuncao by macroporous adsorption resin, polyamide column, normal phase silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography. The results of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic methods showed that the structures of the compounds were as follows: isatin (1), Nepeta glycoside (2), apigenin-6-C-α-L-arabinofuranosyl- Glucopyranoside (3), apigenin-6-C-β-D-glucopyranosyl-8-C-α-L-arabinopyranoside (4) D-glucopyranoside (5), 2,3-dihydrocortisone (6), 4’-methoxyisuccinate (7), 2,3-dihydro- Radix Gentianae flavonoids (8), 2,3,2 “, 3” -tetrahydro-4’-methoxyl rosuvastatin bflavone (9). Compounds 1 to 5 are flavonoid glycosides, Times from Selaginella, and compound 7 was isolated from Chuiyuncao for the first time.
