以工程砂性弃土为主要原料,通过振动成型制备免烧砖。以试件7 d、28 d和56 d抗压强度为控制指标,研究水泥、粉煤灰、石膏等无机结合材料配合比对免烧砖性能的影响。试验结果表明,砂性弃土免烧砖最佳配合比为:砂性弃土72%、水泥16%、粉煤灰8%、石膏2%、石灰2%和减水剂0.5%。采用最佳配合比所制砂性弃土免烧砖28 d抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和软化强度分别达15.8 MPa、1.8 MPa和15.3 MPa。砂性弃土免烧砖各项性能满足JC/T422-2007《非烧结垃圾尾矿砖》MU15标准要求。研究可为工程砂性弃土的开发利用提供一种技术途径。
To engineering sand spoil as the main raw material, prepared by vibration molding without burning brick. The compressive strength of 7 d, 28 d and 56 d specimens were taken as the control index to study the influence of the blending ratio of cement, fly ash and gypsum on the properties of fired brick. The results show that the best mix proportion of sand-free spoil-free brick is 72% of sandy spoil, 16% of cement, 8% of fly ash, 2% of gypsum, 2% of lime and 0.5% of superplasticizer. The compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and softening strength of 15cm, 1.8MPa and 15.3MPa, respectively, of the unburned brick made from sand with the best mix proportion were 28 days. Sandy spoil-free brick to meet the various properties of JC / T422-2007 “non-sintered tailings bricks” MU15 standard requirements. The research can provide a technical way for the development and utilization of engineering sand spoil.
