水泥混凝土嵌锁块路面结构具有结构强度较高、耐久性好、工程造价低、养护维修方便的优点,另外施工铺筑时机械化要求不高,比较适用于低等级公路。针对传统嵌锁块尺寸小、传荷能力弱的缺点,该文开发了大尺寸企口嵌锁块,并对其路用性能进行了分析。通过有限元法建立了嵌锁块路面数值计算模型,研究了大尺寸企口矩形嵌锁块铺设方向、块体尺寸、土基强度、基层厚度、接缝传荷等因素对嵌锁块路面受力性能的影响,发现土基强度、基层厚度和接缝传荷是影响路面结构力学性能的重要因素,提出了适合低等级公路建设的铺砌方式和块体尺寸,为合理设计大尺寸企口嵌锁块路面结构提供了理论依据。
Cement concrete embedded block block pavement structure has the advantages of high structural strength, good durability, low construction cost and convenient maintenance and repair. In view of the shortcoming of small size of traditional embedded lock block and weak carrying capacity of transmission load, this paper developed a large block embedded lock block, and analyzed its road performance. Based on the finite element method, the numerical simulation model of the embedded block road surface is established. The influence of the laying direction, the block size, the strength of the soil foundation, It is found that the strength of foundation, the thickness of basement and the joint load transfer are the important factors that affect the mechanical properties of pavement structure. The paving method and block size suitable for low grade highway construction are proposed. Lock block pavement structure provides a theoretical basis.
