研究了10种以铁钴镍为基的非晶态软磁材料。对非晶态合金的成分、熔点、晶化温度、居里温度及一些磁性能作了分析比较,并将材料制成元件装到电子镇流器上试验。研究结果表明,铁磁元素铁钴镍的含量比例,是影响非晶态磁性的主要因素;类金属元素对软磁材料的磁性能也有一定影响,含磷的非晶态合金的熔点、晶化温度及居里温度比含碳的较高。试验表明,(Fe14Co26Ni60)76B16Si6C2和(Fe14Co26Ni60)76B16Si6P2两种非晶态软磁材料适合于制作电子镇流器的高频变压器及工作频率在30~40KHz的变压器。
Ten kinds of amorphous soft magnetic materials based on iron, cobalt and nickel were studied. The amorphous alloy composition, melting point, crystallization temperature, Curie temperature and some magnetic properties were analyzed and compared, and the material made of electronic ballast components installed on the test. The results show that the proportion of ferromagnetic elements, iron, cobalt and nickel is the main factor affecting the magnetic properties of amorphous alloys. Metalloid elements also have some influence on the magnetic properties of soft magnetic materials. The melting point, Temperature and Curie temperature higher than carbon. Experiments show that (Fe14Co26Ni60) 76B16Si6C2 and (Fe14Co26Ni60) 76B16Si6P2 two kinds of amorphous soft magnetic materials suitable for the production of electronic ballast high-frequency transformers and operating frequency of 30 ~ 40KHz transformer.
