目的 探讨凝血酶对丘脑组织是否具有毒性损伤作用以及损伤是否可逆。方法 在鼠脑室内注入凝血酶 ,于不同时间段测定丘脑组织的血脑屏障 (BBB)通透性、BBB破坏体积、水电解质含量 ,并以脑室内注入生理盐水和注入凝血酶后再注入水蛭素的动物为对照。结果 凝血酶注入后 6 h丘脑组织的 BBB即遭到破坏 ,组织发生水肿 ,同时 Na+、Ca2 +含量明显升高 ,K+含量明显降低 ;水蛭素可修复损伤的 BBB,减轻组织水肿 ,调整电解质紊乱。结论 凝血酶对丘脑组织具有毒性损伤作用 ,但这一损伤可被水蛭素逆转。
Objective To investigate whether thrombin has toxic effects on thalamic tissues and whether the damage is reversible. Methods Thrombin was injected intracerebroventricularly into rats. Blood brain barrier (BBB) permeability, BBB destruction volume, water and electrolyte contents of thalamus were measured at different time points. The leukocytes were injected into the ventricles after injection of normal saline and thrombin Vegetarian animals as controls. Results BBB of thalamic brain tissue was destroyed 6 h after thrombin injection, tissue edema, Na + and Ca2 + contents were significantly increased and K + content was significantly decreased. Hirudin could repair damaged BBB, reduce tissue edema and adjust electrolyte imbalance . Conclusions Thrombin has a toxic effect on thalamic tissues, but this injury can be reversed by hirudin.
