武术散打运动按项群训练理论归列为同场格斗类项目,有着较强的对抗性与竞争性。在训练和教学中,很容易给运动员或练习者带来不同程度的身体损伤。文章运用了文献资料法、逻辑分析法、实地考察法、观察法等研究方法,对天津体育学院2014级散打专项课与普修课学生进行调查研究。分析其在教学过程中易产生损伤的原因,并提出相关对策与建议。旨在减少散打课中出现的运动损伤,促进散打教学向着科学化、健康化的方向前进。
Wushu Sanda training by item group training theory classified as the same fighting class projects, has a strong antagonism and competitiveness. In training and teaching, it is easy to give athletes or practitioners a different degree of physical damage. The article uses the literature research, logical analysis, field study, observation and other research methods to conduct research on Tianjin Physical Education Institute 2014 Sanda special course and general course students. Analysis of the reasons for the injury in the teaching process, and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. The aim is to reduce the sports injuries that occur during the Sanda class and to promote Sanda teaching towards a scientific and healthy direction.
