在国家建材局山东工业陶研究院的指导帮助下,湖北省襄樊市合成建筑材料厂(原市第一砖瓦厂)建成了一条年产8～10万平方米彩釉砖生产线。该厂目前以砖瓦生产为主。在生产过程中,每年有废瓦块约1400吨。如何利用这些废弃物料,是该厂多年来一直没有妥善解决的课题。山东工业陶研究院经过实地考察、原料分析和小样试验后,根据湖北省彩釉砖生产和销售情况,提出了利用废瓦片作瘠性掺加料生产彩釉砖的方案。生产8～10万平方米彩釉砖,每年可吃掉三分之一的废瓦片。生产原料以粘
Under the guidance of the National Institute of Building Materials, Shandong Institute of Industrial Ceramics, Xiangfan Synthetic Building Material Factory (formerly the first brick and tile factory) in Hubei Province built a production line of color glazed tiles with an annual output of 8-100,000 square meters.
