通过测量中职生就业初期工作满意度现状并对其影响因素进行分析,为中职学校职业生涯教育特别是内职业生涯教育方法提供实证依据,从而探讨相应的教育策略以提升中职生内职业生涯发展能力,以期提高中职生工作满意度,降低就业初期离职率。
By measuring the status quo of employment satisfaction of secondary vocational students in the initial stage of employment and analyzing their influencing factors, this study provides empirical evidences for career education in secondary vocational schools, especially in vocational schools, so as to explore appropriate education strategies to enhance secondary vocational education Career development ability, with a view to improve job satisfaction of secondary vocational students and reduce the employment turnover rate.
