江西省人民政指示事由:关于发动清洁大扫除运动的指示赣西南行署、南昌市人民政府、各专署、各市、县人民政府:查环境卫生为预防传染病的基本工作,根据调查如霍乱、鼠疫、天花等传染病,多在环境卫生较差的群众中流行,为此特拟订本省一九五一年清洁大扫除运动实施办法一种,随文附发,希即遵照结合群众中固有的清洁大扫除习惯,善为组织发动群众切实执行,并希于旧历年节前全省各市、县一律举行冬季清洁大扫除运动一次为要。
