采用雌二醇合并千金藤素加上一般抗菌、抗出血措施,对经300 rad~(60)钴γ线照射、造成重度急性放射病的狗进行实验治疗,获得较高疗效:治疗组30只活存26只,对照组25只全部死亡,提高活存率86.7%。经5次实验,重覆性好。该治疗措施的主要特点是促使白细胞提前回升,减轻极期症状,使受照射动物较早进入恢复期。加之药物来源广、方法简便易行,附合实战要求。对出血和贫血的控制尚不理想,有待提高。
The use of estradiol combined with pentetin combined with general antibacterial and anti-bleeding measures to treat dogs with severe acute radiation sickness caused by irradiation of 300 rad 60 γ-rays resulted in higher curative effect: 30 patients in the treatment group lived Twenty-six animals were kept, and all 25 of the control group died.
