文章介绍一种能对各类被试液压元件实行液压驱动、液压调速和液压加载的综合式液压试验台。其结构合理、布置紧凑、技术先进、性能可靠。为了节省能源,试验台的液压系统采用负载传感控制。通过计算机数字仿真和台架试验,对试验台负载传感回路的静、动态特性进行了深入分析。仿真和试验结果表明,采用负载传感控制的节能效果显著,能有效地减少液压系统中的热负荷。从而可以大大缩减油箱容积并提高试验质量。所设计的负载传感阀具有满意的工作性能且构造简单,适用于液压试验台及其他液压机械的定量系统。
The article describes an integrated hydraulic test bench that can perform hydraulic drive, hydraulic speed control, and hydraulic loading on various types of hydraulic components under test. Its reasonable structure, compact layout, advanced technology and reliable performance. In order to save energy, the hydraulic system of the test bench is controlled by load sensing. Through computer digital simulation and bench test, the static and dynamic characteristics of the load sensing circuit of the test bench were analyzed in depth. Simulation and experimental results show that the energy-saving effect of load sensing control is significant and can effectively reduce the heat load in the hydraulic system. This can greatly reduce the volume of the fuel tank and improve the quality of the test. The load-sensing valve designed has satisfactory performance and simple structure. It is suitable for hydraulic test benches and other quantitative systems of hydraulic machinery.
