目的:探讨管腔型化学PCD在压力蒸汽灭菌过程中的监测作用。方法:在756批次的压力蒸汽灭菌过程中,每批次放置管腔型化学PCD监测,每批次放置自制标准包加移动式化学指示卡,每个包裹表面粘贴包外化学指示卡和包裹内放置包内化学指示卡,有植入物的批次放置生物指示物监测。结果:管腔型化学PCD监测结果及生物指示物监测结果与包内化学指示卡监测结果完全一致,自制标准包加移动式化学指示卡的监测结果与包内化学指示卡监测结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:管腔型化学PCD在压力蒸汽灭菌过程中的监测效果稳定,可靠性高,能够作为提前放行的依据,值得推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the monitoring effect of lumen-type chemical PCD during pressure steam sterilization. Methods: During the pressure steam sterilization of 756 batches, lumen-type chemical PCD monitoring was placed in each batch of batches. A homemade standard pack plus a mobile chemical indicator card was placed in each batch. Each package surface was covered with a chemical indicator card The package is placed inside the package chemical indicator card, implant placement batch biological indicator monitoring. Results: The results of PCD monitoring and biological indicator monitoring were identical with those of the chemical indicator in the package. There was statistical difference between the monitoring results of homemade standard package plus mobile chemical indicator and the monitoring result of chemical indicator in the package Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The monitoring results of lumen-type chemical PCD in the process of pressure steam sterilization are stable, reliable and can be used as the basis for early release, which is worth popularizing.
