文章以新疆地区中小企业汉族、维吾尔族与回族管理者为考察对象,主要研究民族文化对工作满意度的影响。结果发现,就不同民族与工作满意度关系来说,三个民族都存在显著性差异。其中汉族与维吾尔族的工作满意度均值大于中值,表现出较高的工作满意度,而回族次之。汉族与回族、汉族与维吾尔族之间存在显著差异,回族与维吾尔族之间不存在显著差异。六个预测变量中对工作满意度有显著预测力的变量有权力距离、雄心指数与长期导向。
Taking the Han, Uighur and Hui nationality managers of small and medium-sized enterprises in Xinjiang as the study object, the article mainly studies the influence of national culture on job satisfaction. The results showed that, in terms of the relations between different ethnic groups and job satisfaction, there are significant differences among the three ethnic groups. Among them, the mean of job satisfaction of Han and Uygur nationality is greater than the median, showing higher job satisfaction, followed by the Hui nationality. There are significant differences between Han and Hui, Han and Uygur ethnic groups, there is no significant difference between Hui and Uygur ethnic groups. Among the six predictors, variables that have significant predictive value for job satisfaction are the power distance, the ambition index, and the long-term orientation.
