目的测定东方田鼠对杀鼠灵的敏感性基数,以便进行更有效的鼠害防治。方法捕捉试鼠,配制毒饵进行不同天数的攻毒试验,观察分析食毒期与对应死亡率的关系,并比较性别间的差异。结果雌雄东方田鼠对杀鼠灵的敏感性差异无统计学意义,合并后计算LFP50、LFP98和LFP99的估计值(95%置信限)分别为2.51(2.24-2.81)d、25.08(21.76-28.91)d和29.37(25.25-34.17)d。结论东方田鼠对杀鼠灵的敏感性本底及抗性检验标准为0.002%浓度杀鼠灵食毒29d或30d存活。
Objective To determine the sensitivity of Microtus fortis to warfarin to provide a more effective control of rodent pests. Methods The rats were caught and the poison baits were prepared for different days. The relationship between the poisoning period and the corresponding mortality was observed and compared, and the differences between the sexes were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the sensitivity of the male and female voles to warfarin. The values of LFP50, LFP98 and LFP99 (95% confidence interval) were 2.51 (2.24-2.81) d, 25.08 (21.76-28.91) d and 29.37 (25.25-34.17) d. Conclusion The sensitivity and the standard of resistance of Microtus fortis to warfarin were 29 days or 30 days.
