我厂是一个拥有四千多名职 工的医药大型企业。在近几年的企业文化建设中,运用控制论的原理,注重职工群众对信息的传送和反馈,及时进行控制和调节,收到比较明显的效果,尝到了企业文化建设的甜头,为此,本人有如下几点认识和体会: 一、一个企业,一定要根据其自身特点,培育和宏扬一种企业精神。我厂是六十年代中期以东北制药总厂为主兴建的三线建设单位。二十多年来,在洛碛这块贫脊的土地上,我厂之所以能够从无到有,从小到大,发展到今天在全国同行业中占有领先地位的大型企业,靠的就是自力更生、艰苦奋斗、团结拼搏的企业精神。一九八五年建厂二十周年,
