目的对江苏口岸输入性蝇类携带细菌进行监测,防止相关疾病的发生和流行,同时为口岸卫生处理提供技术支持。方法用研磨器将蝇研碎,用LB、TSA培养基增菌和分离培养,通过革兰氏染色鉴别细菌,然后用全自动微生物鉴定系统对分离后的细菌进行种属鉴定。结果从输入性蝇中共分离鉴定出42种细菌,分属24属,其中革兰氏阳性菌13种,阴性菌29种。结论输入性蝇类携带多种致病或条件致病菌,应加强口岸蝇类监测和卫生处理,控制相应传染病的发生和流行。
Objective To monitor the importation of sex flies in Jiangsu ports to prevent the occurrence and prevalence of related diseases and to provide technical support for port hygiene treatment. Methods The flies were grinded with a grinder, the bacteria were enriched and isolated by LB and TSA medium, and the bacteria were identified by Gram stain. Then, the bacteria were identified by automatic microorganism identification system. Results A total of 42 bacteria were isolated and identified from the imported sex flies, belonging to 24 genera, of which 13 were Gram-positive bacteria and 29 were negative bacteria. Conclusions Entering sex flies carry a variety of pathogenic or opportunistic pathogens. Monitoring and sanitation of flies in ports should be strengthened to control the occurrence and prevalence of corresponding communicable diseases.
