2012-2013年厦门港区蝇类监测情况分析

目的为更好熟悉厦门港区的苍蝇蝇类种群、季节消长规律及密度分布情况,从而进一步降低厦门港区病媒生物水平。方法依照《病媒生物监测方法 (蝇类)》,采用笼诱法,监测时间9:00~15:00,每月中旬监测1次。结果 2012-2013年共开展24次,捕获蝇类1785只,以大头金蝇、家蝇、丝光绿蝇和铜绿蝇为优势蝇种,分别占20.56%、18.26%、10.12%和8.12%。不同蝇类密度生境中,绿化带密度1.63只/笼·h为最高,最低的为办公区密度,0.83只/笼·h。结论厦门港区蝇类优势种群为大头金蝇、家蝇、丝光绿蝇、铜绿蝇,全年度6~7月份蝇密度最高,2月份最低。不同环境类型中以绿化带密度最高。 Objective To better understand the population of flies in Xiamen port area, the pattern of seasonal fluctuation and the distribution of density, so as to further reduce the vector level of Xiamen Harbor. Methods According to “vector bio-monitoring method (flies)”, using cage induction method, monitoring time 9: 00 ~ 15: 00, monitoring once every mid-month. Results A total of 24 trapping flies were collected from 2012 to 2013, with 20.56%, 18.26%, 10.12% and 8.12% of them being dominant flies, including golden flies, house flies, silky green flies and copper green flies. In different flies habitats, the green belt density of 1.63 / cage · h is the highest, the lowest for the office area density, 0.83 / cage · h. Conclusion The dominant species of flies in Xiamen Port Area are Drosophila melanogaster, Musca domestica, Lucilia sericata and Lucilia sericata. The density of flies from June to July in the whole year is the highest and the lowest in February. Among the different types of environment, the green belt density is the highest.
