一、前言转炉顶底复合吹炼进一步完善了转炉炼钢工艺。从转炉底部吹入适量的惰性气体可以改善冶金条件,使其兼备顶吹转炉和底吹转炉的优点。采用顶底复合吹炼工艺,可以减少吹损,提高金属收得率,降低吨钢成本,提高生产效率,经济效果十分显著。因此,近几年来复吹技术在日本、西德、法国、美国等钢铁冶金工业发达的国家进展很快。我所于1981年底着手筹建转炉顶底复合欢炼热模型,1982年7月开炉进行试验。通
