This article describes the design, calibration, and performance of a high-power (1-1000 watt) automatic network analyzer operating in the 10-100 MHz frequency range. This analyzer is based on the six-port concept. The magnitude inaccuracy of the measured reflection coefficient Γ was 0.0001 and the phase inaccuracy was 0.005 / | Γ | degrees. The corresponding systematic estimation error is 0.001 and 0.1 / | Γ | degrees. The inaccuracy of the measured power is 0.01% of the power range (20 W, 200 W or 1000 W) and the system evaluation error is 1.25% of the reading.
