用计算机辅助医学显微图像分析仪定量检测了65例初发急性白血病患者骨髓细胞的核仁形成区相关嗜银蛋白(Ag—NoRs),与41例慢性白血病和51例正常对照组进行比较,发现 Ag—NoRs 在急性白血病高于正常对照组和慢性白血病组,在急性白血病中,急淋高于急非淋,以急性早幼粒细胞白血病最低;Ag—NoRs 在急性白血病缓解组显著低于未缓解组;在急性早幼粒细胞白血病缓解期低于初发时,而复发时又明显增高。结果提示:Ag—NoRs 可作为急性白血病诊断、分型及病情监测、预后判断的一个参考指标。
A total of 65 cases of patients with acute myeloid leukemia were enrolled in this study. The nucleolar organizer region (Ag-NoRs) of 65 patients with newly diagnosed acute leukemia was quantitatively detected by computer-assisted medical microscopic image analyzer. Compared with 41 cases of chronic leukemia and 51 cases of normal control group, Ag-NoRs were found to be higher in acute leukemia than in normal control and chronic leukemia patients. In acute leukemia, acute lymphoblastic leukemia was the highest, and acute promyelocytic leukemia was the lowest. Ag-NoRs in acute leukemia remission group was significantly lower than that in acute leukemia No remission group; in acute promyelocytic leukemia remission was lower than the initial, and relapse was significantly higher. The results suggest that Ag-NoRs can be used as a reference index for the diagnosis, classification, disease monitoring and prognosis of acute leukemia.
