对高分辨率摄象器件,原有测试卡已不能满足要求。本文介绍我们研制的一种新型测试卡,能在现有的窄频带测试设备上测出高达1600电视线的摄象管的分辨能力。利用这种测试卡不仅能大大降低整机噪声,而且能较准确地测绘出摄象管的调制传递函数曲线。TDCK—8015型测试卡(照片1)也可以用来估计摄象管工作电子束截面积的几何畸变,为检验其电子枪的结构提供了一个新的方法。
For high-resolution camera devices, the original test card can not meet the requirements. This article describes a new type of test card we have developed to measure the resolution of video tubes up to 1600 TV lines on existing narrowband test equipment. Utilize this kind of test card not only can reduce the noise of the whole machine greatly, but also can survey the modulation transfer function curve of the picture tube more accurately. The TDCK-8015 test card (Photo 1) can also be used to estimate the geometric distortion of the working electron beam cross section of the tube, providing a new way of verifying the structure of the electron gun.
