通过研究三乙醇胺有机改性剂对内掺铕镝离子的铝酸钙(CaAl_2O_4∶Eu~(2+),Dy~(3+))发光材料的改性机理及工艺,将包覆改性的CaAl_2O_4∶Eu~(2+),Dy~(3+)发光材料应用到人造石的合成工艺中,制备出以改性造纸白泥废料为填料,不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)为粘结剂的自发光型人造石。掺杂20%(wt,质量分数)的CaAl_2O_4∶Eu~(2+),Dy~(3+)发光材料制得的自发光型人造石,在测试光源光照1min后的发光强度达到1497mcd/m2,抗折强度为27.5MPa,具有较好的自发光性能和抗折强度。
