国土资源部法律评价工程重点实验室作为实践教学平台,其功能良性发挥的前提是实践教学课程的系统设置。以建构主义学习理论为指导,可设置国土资源法规评价实务与国土资源法规适用实务两门独立课程,运用情境引入、问题确定、自主学习、成果展示和评价反馈五个教学模块顺次开展,作为与模拟法庭教学、社会实践基地教学、法律诊所教学相互配合的专门实践教学环节以培养学生的实践能力。
As the practical teaching platform, the Key Laboratory of Legal Evaluation Project of Ministry of Land and Resources, whose premise of function benignity is the systematic setup of practice teaching course. Guided by constructivist learning theory, we can set up two independent courses of evaluation of land and resources laws and regulations and practical application of laws and regulations of land and resources. The five teaching modules are introduced in succession using situation introduction, problem determination, autonomous learning, result display and evaluation feedback. And mock court teaching, social practice base teaching, legal clinic teaching cooperation with the practice of teaching to cultivate students’ practical ability.
