原发性胆囊癌在临床上并非罕见,本病因缺乏特异性症状,临床上又对本病认识不足,故易造成误诊与误治,预后不良。我院自1966～1987年间共收治经手术及病理证实的原发性胆囊癌共45例,其中误诊者达34例(75.5％)。 误诊误治原因分析 一、胆囊癌早期常无特殊症象,临床表现的往往是胆囊炎胆石症的症状体征。可表现为二种形式:
Primary gallbladder cancer is not uncommon in the clinic. This disease is due to the lack of specific symptoms, and the clinical knowledge of the disease is inadequate. It is easy to cause misdiagnosis and mistreatment, and the prognosis is poor. In our hospital from 1966 to 1987, a total of 45 cases of primary gallbladder carcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology were diagnosed, of which 34 cases (75.5%) were misdiagnosed.
