目的了解2011-2014年北京首都国际机场周边淡色库蚊分布及季节变化情况,为蚊媒性疾病的防控提供基础资料。方法于2011-2014年的5-10月在首都机场周边2 000 m范围内选取7个监测点,采用国家标准GB/T 23797-2009中的二氧化碳诱蚊灯法,通过描述性研究方法分析淡色库蚊密度分布情况。结果 2011-2014年共捕获成蚊126 212只,淡色库蚊为优势蚊种,占捕获总数的85.59%,三带喙库蚊、中华按蚊和白纹伊蚊分别占13.95%、0.28%和0.18%,捕获骚扰阿蚊1只;2011-2014年年度淡色库蚊平均密度分别为35.87、43.44、15.67和36.88只/(灯·h),2012、2014年密度与2013年比较差异均有统计学意义(q=4.150、3.553,P<0.05);总体蚊虫月密度为0.29~113.34只/(灯·h),密度高峰在6-8月;7种生境蚊虫总体年平均密度为4.34~144.21只/(灯·h),密度居前3位的生境分别为河边、机场中和机场北,河边与其他6种生境蚊虫年平均密度差异均有统计学意义(q=10.879、12.198、10.931、10.413、9.154、12.101,P<0.01)。结论首都机场周边淡色库蚊密度较高,河边等野外环境为其栖息的主要场所,应加强机场周边淡色库蚊监测。
Objective To understand the distribution and seasonal variation of Culex pipiens pallens from 2011 to 2014 in Beijing Capital International Airport and provide basic information for the prevention and control of mosquito-borne diseases. Methods From May to October in 2011-2014, 7 monitoring sites were selected within 2 000 m around Capital Airport, and the light color was analyzed by descriptive method using the carbon dioxide light-trap lamp method in the national standard GB / T 23797-2009. Cuban mosquito density distribution. Results A total of 126 212 adult mosquitoes were captured in 2011-2014, and Culex pipiens pallens were dominant mosquito species, accounting for 85.59% of the total catch, Culex tritaeniorhynchus, An. Sinensis and Aedes albopictus accounted for 13.95% and 0.28%, respectively 0.18%, and 1 mosquito was harassed. The average annual density of Culex pipiens pallens from 2011 to 2014 were 35.87, 43.44, 15.67 and 36.88 / (lamp · h), respectively. There was statistical difference between 2012 and 2014 (Q = 4.150, 3.553, P <0.05). The population density of mosquitoes ranged from 0.29 to 113.34 / (lamp · h) and the peak density ranged from June to August. The average annual density of mosquitoes in the seven habitats ranged from 4.34 to 144.21 The average annual density of the mosquitoes with only / (lamp · h) and the top three densities was river edge, the airport and the north of the airport, and the riverside and other six habitats were all statistically significant (q = 10.879,12.198, 10.931, 10.413, 9.154, 12.101, P <0.01). Conclusion The density of Culex pipiens pallens around the capital airport is high, and the outdoor environment such as the riverside is the main place for its habitat. Monitoring Culex pipiens pallens around the airport should be strengthened.
