企业保持合理的薪酬水平是薪酬管理中最基本的问题。一方面,企业只有将薪酬水平和自己的实际业绩相匹配,与市场薪酬的平均水平相接近,才能以具有竞争力的薪酬吸纳、留住和凝聚优秀人才。另一方面,合理的薪酬水平需要公平完善的薪酬体系来维持,员工才会具有良好的薪酬满意感和情感归属感,因而才能提高自身的工作积极性和工作绩效,从而实现整个企业的经济效益不断增长。
Enterprises to maintain a reasonable level of remuneration is the most basic issue in the management of remuneration.
