目前我们国家正在实行教育体制改革制度,其目标旨在提高我国整体的教育能力,从而转变应试教育模式,使其更好的向素质教育模式过渡。在这种背景下,高职院校的规模愈演愈大,招生的标准越来越低,严重导致学生管理工作的难度提高。在这种形势下,高职院校要充分结合社会发展情况以及学生的发展需要来制定学生管理工作的方法,从而有效提高管理工作的质量与创新程度。坚持以人为本的理念已经逐渐发展成为高职院校学生管理工作的重心,只有这样才能够实现管理工作的目标。本文将主要阐述以人为本思想理念与高职院校学生管理工作的相关概况,探究学生管理工作过程中面临的问题,探索如何利用以人为本理念推进高职学生管理工作创新。
At present, our country is implementing a system of education system reform with the aim of improving our overall educational capacity so as to change the mode of exam-oriented education so that it can make a better transition to a quality education model. Under this kind of background, the scale of higher vocational colleges is getting bigger and bigger, the standard of enrollment is getting lower and lower, which makes it more difficult for students to manage their work. Under such circumstances, higher vocational colleges should make full use of the social development and the development needs of students to formulate methods for student management so as to effectively improve the quality and innovation of management. Adhere to the people-oriented concept has gradually developed into a vocational college student management center of gravity, the only way to achieve management objectives. This article will mainly elaborate the general situation of people-oriented ideology and student management in higher vocational colleges, probe into the problems faced by the students in management and explore how to use the people-oriented concept to promote the innovation of the management of higher vocational students.
