采用两步水热法合成了球状硫化锌(ZnS)纳米结构。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线能谱分析仪(EDS)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对制得的ZnS纳米结构的晶相、化学组分及微观形貌进行了表征与分析,分析结果表明:制得的ZnS为立方闪锌矿纳米球,平均粒径150nm。同时,对基于ZnS纳米结构的气体传感器进行了甲烷气敏性能测试,实验结果表明:在最佳工作温度(175℃)条件下,该传感器对100×10-6甲烷的响应灵敏度为2.25。
Two-step hydrothermal synthesis of spherical zinc sulfide (ZnS) nanostructures. The crystalline phases, chemical compositions and morphology of ZnS nanostructures were characterized and analyzed by XRD, EDS and SEM. The results show that the prepared ZnS is cubic sphalerite nanosphere with average particle size of 150 nm. At the same time, gas sensor based on ZnS nanostructures was tested for gas sensitivity. The experimental results show that the sensitivity of the sensor to 100 × 10 -6 methane is 2.25 at the best working temperature (175 ℃).
