通过对寒冷地区冬期成型的大型实体结构模型试验,研究复掺粉煤灰、矿粉混凝土结构实体抗压强度增长变化规律及其无损测强方程,并对自然碳化深度均值随龄期变化规律进行探讨。试验结果表明,冬期施工结构实体抗压强度与龄期呈对数相关,自然碳化深度均值随龄期变化基本符合Fick第一定律。建立了与龄期相关的结构混凝土力学性能与碳化预测模型,并采用最小二乘法回归拟合得到回弹法检测冬期施工结构实体混凝土抗压强度曲线。可为工程质量检测与控制提供数据支持。
Based on the large-scale solid model test in cold area in winter, the variation of solid compressive strength and the non-destructive testing equation of concrete with fly ash and slag concrete were studied. The mean depth of natural carbonation with age was also studied Discussion. The test results show that in winter, the compressive strength of the structural body is logarithmically related to the age. The mean depth of natural carbonation basically accords with Fick’s first law with age. The age-related mechanical properties and carbonation prediction model of structural concrete were established. The regression curve fitted by least square method was used to measure the compressive strength curve of solid concrete in winter construction by rebound method. It can provide data support for project quality inspection and control.
