本研究采用5.56mm弹丸致伤犬双后肢及结扎双后肢股动、静脉模型,观察伤后72小时内的血液流变学变化,探讨致伤瞬间血液动刀学的变化在伤后血液流变学变化中的作用。结果提示:致伤瞬间的血液动力学变化是伤后全血粘度、红细胞聚集性增加的重要原因之一。
In this study, 5.56mm projectile was used to injure both hindlimbs and ligation of both hind limbs in femoral and venous models to observe the changes of hemorheology within 72 hours after injury, Change in the role of change. The results suggest that the hemodynamic changes at the moment of injury are one of the important reasons for the increase of whole blood viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation after injury.
