大采高工作面截割高度的确定受很多因素的影响,以塔山矿101工作面开采条件为背景,采用FLAC3D数值模拟及工程实测研究手段,研究了不同截割高度下煤壁片帮、支架工作阻力以及顶煤运移规律和回收率。研究结果表明:支架工作阻力、煤壁破坏程度、顶煤冒放性和截割高度呈非线性的正相关,顶煤回收率则随截割高度的增大先增加后减小;综合煤壁稳定性、支架选型、顶煤冒放性及采出率确定101工作面截割高度为5 m是合理的。
The determination of the cutting height of the big mining face is affected by many factors. Taking the mining conditions of Tashan 101 face as the background, the numerical simulation of FLAC3D and the engineering measurement research are used to study the influence of the coal wall slice support, Work resistance and top coal migration and recovery rate. The results show that there is a non-linear positive correlation between working resistance of support, degree of damage of coal wall, top coal discharge and height of cut. The top coal recovery increases first and then decreases with the increase of cutting height. Stability, scaffold selection, top coal caving and recovery rate of 101 face cut-off height of 5 m is reasonable.
