针对传统关键链项目管理方法在现代项目管理应用中的基准调度计划确定、缓冲设置、二次资源冲突等问题,结合以往项目管理的研究成果以及关键链项目管理方法中的缓冲机制,从项目鲁棒性调度优化视角出发,提出了对应的改进办法。通过案例应用比较得出:改进办法较大程度上改善了传统关键链方法在项目调度管理过程中的鲁棒性,且使得二次调度计划总工期大大缩短,有利于项目实施过程的管理。
Aiming at the problems of the traditional key chain project management methods, such as the determination of the baseline scheduling plan, the buffer setting and the secondary resources conflict in the modern project management application, combined with the research results of the past project management and the buffer mechanism in the key chain project management, From the perspective of optimal scheduling, a corresponding improvement is proposed. Through the comparison of case application, the conclusion is drawn that the improved method can improve the robustness of the traditional key chain method in the process of project scheduling management to a great extent and greatly reduce the total schedule of the secondary scheduling, which is beneficial to the management of the project implementation process.
