近期营改增方案出台,金融业增值税相关政策落定,银行等金融业全部营业税纳税人纳入试点范围。为分析营改增对我市银行业税负的影响,本文通过对A市6家商业银行进行测算,结果表明营改增后银行业流转税会有所增加而企业所得税会因此减少,所以银行业总体税负水平基本不变。
