本文叙述气体速率传感器的原理和应用。传感器是利用科里奥利牵连加速度的流体陀螺仪。将氦封在壳体内使氦循环而检测速率。传感器没有高速旋转部分,只由泵检测器、喷咀和气体流动线路组成。电子线路则由振荡电路、稳压电源、电桥及低通滤波器和放大器组成。标准满量程输出为±5V,但可设计成±10V。适用于角速度、方法、姿态等测量。
This article describes the principle and application of gas velocity sensor. The sensor is a fluidic gyro that uses Coriolis to impose acceleration.
