文章在给出股票市场合作概念的基础上,提出现阶段的东亚股票市场合作的内容应包括股票市场监管的合作、证券交易所的合作和交叉上市。本文基于这三方面内容分析东亚股票市场合作的发展现状及存在的问题,并针对问题提出了东亚股票市场合作的发展战略。 Based on the concept of stock market cooperation, the article proposes that the content of the cooperation in the East Asian stock market at the present stage should include the cooperation in supervision of the stock market, the cooperation and cross-listing of stock exchanges. This article analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the cooperation in East Asia stock market based on these three aspects, and puts forward the development strategy of East Asia stock market cooperation in view of the problems.
